Cruise will take place on October 2nd 2011
departing from SJU PORT of Call.

Everyone should plan to arrive in San Juan no later than 3pm for document check in.
The ship will board approximately 8:00p
Ship leaves port at 10pm

Please choose the type of room that best fits you and your family. Prices listed on rooms are not final but gives you a basic price range per room.

Choosing a room will indicate a basic commitment to reserve your room for October 2nd. Reason is we need a basic head count of reserved rooms to generate a basic Itinerary and finalize group pricing and payment plan.

However you can cancel or add a reserved room any time prior to 2 months of departure date.

You will be given 2 months to select and reserve your room. We would need everyone to select and reserve their room from the attached pictorial choices listed as choice 1, 2, 3 or 4 on or before 5pm September 19, 2010. 

Preliminary reservation of rooms starts immediately upon receipt of this newsletter. You can also share a room with classmates of your choice. Max accommodation per room (all rooms) is 5 people.
